Work use onlyUsed for authorized business and productivity operations.
No advertising or salePersonal and precise location data are not sold or used for third-party ads.
Role-controlled accessVisibility follows company, role, reporting relationship, and permissions.

SalesPulse is published on Google Play by Tiki Tech and operated for Tiki Tar Industries. It is a company-managed field-sales and productivity application, not a consumer advertising service. This policy applies to the SalesPulse mobile apps, related authenticated web application, and supporting APIs.

Our quick commitments

  • Data is used to provide company-authorized work, sales, meeting, follow-up, support, security, and productivity features.
  • Personal data and precise location are not sold and are not used for third-party advertising.
  • Access is limited by company, role, reporting relationship, and granted permissions.

1. Who is responsible

Tiki Tar Industries operates SalesPulse for its workforce and authorized business operations. Tiki Tech is the Google Play publisher and technical developer/service provider.

Corporate office: Tiki Tar Industries, Tiki Tar Estate, Village Road, Bhandup West, Mumbai, India 400078. Privacy and app-support email: android-support@tikitech.in. You may also use our online contact form or call +91-22 4126 6666.

2. Data collected

Account and employment profile

Name, email supplied for the account, mobile number, employee ID, designation, department, role, reporting manager, company, joining-related profile fields, address, targets, app settings, optional profile image, and account status.

Authentication and security

Hashed passwords, temporary support-access credentials where authorized, login/logout and session records, installation session identifiers, push-token availability, security and audit events, IP address, and request timestamps. Never send a password in a privacy or support request.

Sales and work activity

Clients and client contacts, branches and addresses, meetings, dates and times, meeting types, attendees and managers, comments and notes, follow-ups and to-dos, discrepancies and requested actions, reports, targets, performance summaries, and user-selected visiting-card or meeting images.

Some records concern client representatives. Users must enter only work-related information they are authorized to record.

Precise location

GPS latitude and longitude at a meeting and periodic work-location captures when the company enables tracking and the user grants the applicable foreground or background permission. Location records can include capture time, accuracy, associated device or installation identifier, and battery percentage.

Home or reference coordinates may be stored when an authorized administrator provides them or derives them from the employee address. Background collection is used to avoid missing authorized work activity when the app is not visible; the operating system shows the required location or foreground-service indicator.

Photos, camera and selected files

Camera and photo-library access is used only when the user chooses to capture or attach an avatar, visiting card, or other supported meeting file. SalesPulse does not browse or upload the general photo library or unrelated files.

Calendar

When the user chooses the calendar action and grants permission, the app can write a meeting or task event to the device calendar. SalesPulse does not upload the user's existing calendar contents for this feature.

Notifications

Firebase Cloud Messaging registration tokens, platform and device association, delivery status, and notification/action context are used for configuration updates, work reminders, follow-ups, due or overdue tasks, and company messages. Notification permission can be changed in device settings.

Device and app diagnostics

When enabled, diagnostics can include a stable installation-scoped device ID, platform, device name, manufacturer and model, OS and SDK version, app version, build and package, locale and timezone, foreground or background state, connectivity type, battery and charging state, notification and location permission state, background-service and battery-optimization state, last successful API and location-sync times, and bounded pending location and meeting counts.

The diagnostic feature does not collect IMEI, hardware serial number, advertising ID, contacts, phonebook, installed-app lists, Wi-Fi SSID or BSSID, call or SMS history, unrelated files, or precise coordinates as part of the diagnostic payload. Location collection is described separately above.

Local app data

Authentication tokens and limited cached, reference, and work data may be stored in secure or app-private device storage. Offline meeting and location operations may remain queued until successfully synchronized, logout, expiry, or removal under the app's queue rules.

3. How data is used

We use data to:

  • Authenticate users and manage company-authorized access.
  • Provide profiles, clients, meetings, maps, follow-ups, to-dos, reports, and notifications.
  • Synchronize offline work and prevent duplicate submissions.
  • Verify and map authorized field activity.
  • Support manager coaching, coordinator assistance, discrepancy resolution, and company reporting.
  • Protect accounts, diagnose application and sync problems, maintain audit trails, and provide support.
  • Comply with legal obligations and improve reliability using operational or aggregated information.

SalesPulse data is not used for third-party advertising.

4. Background location

Background location is requested because location continuity is a core company-authorized field-work feature. Collection depends on company settings, account status, device permission, operating-system restrictions, and the configured interval.

Users can revoke location permission or sign out, but location-dependent features and company reporting may stop. SalesPulse does not use location for advertising and does not sell location data.

5. Who can access or receive data

Authorized people in the company

  • Users can access their permitted personal and work data.
  • Managers can access authorized reporting-team records.
  • Coordinators can access the company-wide operational information granted to that role.
  • Administrators can access company administration and operational records.
  • Technical support may access data only as needed for authorized troubleshooting.

Separate customer companies cannot access one another's data.

Service providers and required disclosures

Limited data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers needed to operate SalesPulse, including cloud and server hosting, backups, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Maps and Play services, email delivery, and app distribution. Providers process data under their own terms and only for the service being supplied.

Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or systems, or during a lawful business reorganization with appropriate safeguards. Data is not shared for independent third-party marketing.

6. Security

SalesPulse uses HTTPS in transit, hashed permanent passwords, encrypted temporary support secrets where used, authenticated sessions, company, role and reporting-based authorization, validation and rate limits, audit logging, restricted administrative access, backups, and security maintenance.

No internet or storage system is completely risk-free. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly using the contact details below.

7. Retention

Periodic employee-location samples are scheduled for deletion after six months. Meeting coordinates are part of the meeting record and are retained with the operational meeting record.

Other account, client, meeting, task, device-history, notification, and audit data is retained while needed for the company's active use, employment or business records, security, support, backup, dispute, and legal obligations. Previous device records may be retained for security and support history after logout or replacement. Backup copies can remain for a limited recovery cycle and are removed or overwritten under backup procedures.

8. Data access, correction and deletion

SalesPulse accounts are normally provisioned and managed by the user's employer or company rather than created as public consumer accounts. Users can review or update supported profile fields in the app and can ask their company administrator to correct, deactivate, or delete an account and associated data.

You may also submit a request directly:

Provide your registered email, company, and employee ID so we can identify the correct account. Never provide your password. We may verify identity and authority with the company before acting.

We will delete or de-identify data that is no longer required, subject to legitimate company records, security, dispute, legal, or regulatory retention. Where a record cannot immediately be deleted, access will be limited and the requester will be told why and what will be retained.

Important: Uninstalling SalesPulse removes the app from the device but does not by itself delete server records. Revoking a permission stops future access through that permission but does not erase records already lawfully collected.

9. User choices and permissions

Users can control location, camera and photos, calendar, and notification permissions through device settings; sign out to end the session; remove an optional profile image; update supported profile information; and contact their company administrator or the privacy contact.

Some core work features will not function without the permissions required for them.

10. International processing

Service providers may process data in India or other locations where they operate. Reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards are used where required.

11. Children

SalesPulse is a workforce and business application and is not directed to children. It is intended for authorized adult employees and business users. We do not knowingly collect children's data through the app.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when app features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective and last-updated date will be revised, and material changes may be communicated in the app or through the company.
